Today I am thankful for ice cream. I know that sounds really miniscule compared to the other things I am/could be thankful for, but it's true! I am VERY thankful for ice cream! If there is one thing (besides pizza) that I could eat every day of the week, it'd be ice cream! Growing up, I only liked strawberry ice cream. I did NOT like anything chocolate. That little fact has changed drastically in the past 15 or so years. I LOVE chocolate ice cream, but more specifically, cookies and cream, double or triple chocolate ice cream, chocolate chip cookie dough, rocky road, Phish Food, etc. etc. I also thoroughly enjoy strawberry, cake batter, sweet cream, cheesecake, etc. flavors! Although all of this may seem a little trivial and childish, I stand by my love of ice cream, and I am super thankful for it's existence!
