I will occasionally blog about my exercising/weight loss on this blog, but mostly, I will try to keep it separate. I would LOVE for anyone who is encouraging to follow my Wii Fit Extravaganza blog and give me a "Go girl!" every once in awhile! :-) The hubs and I started the Couch to 5k program last night. An entry about that will be on my other blog in just a bit. :-)

I got back on the proverbial horse today and used my Wii Fit. Geesh. What a let down. I didn't realize I'd gained THAT much weight. Yeah, my clothes still fit, but not the same. Exhale. Well...it's still time to make a change. Change doesn't happen over night. It takes time. It takes patience. It takes perseverance...."
