| Jon (R) and Timmy (L) before he was dunked! |
I wanted to make a yummy dessert for Easter that Vance and I could eat without feeling too guilty. I scoured Pinterest, Googled Weight Watchers recipes, etc. I finally landed on a recipe that I was pretty sure would please my wonderful husband and still tickle my taste buds! The solution? Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake! (Please note, I used 1/3 less sugar strawberry preserves instead of sugar free jam, since the hubs can't have artificial sweeteners, so the cals were around 152 per slice for my version.)
