I just got off the phone with a friend of mine, Meg. She is such a sweet girl! I just love her like crazy! I met her through my cousin, Collin. She was his girlfriend at the time. They dated for a pretty big chunk of time. During that time, I got to know her pretty well and we stayed in touch via email and FB even after she and Collin parted ways relationship-wise.
Anyway, today, she called me out of the blue. I was actually kind of surprised to have a missed call from her. I can't really remember the last time I spoke to her on the phone or in person. It's been a good while. So, I texted her back and since she was driving, she called me back. (I love it when people don't text and drive!!!) She seriously called because she thought of me. She called to tell me that she has acupuncture done to help with some minor health issues (it seems to be working for her, too!) and overheard a conversation about a woman using acupuncture for fertility purposes. The first person she thought of upon hearing that conversation was me. What an honor to be thought of, but what an exceptional honor to be thought of by someone whom you haven't seen in at least a couple of years!

The phone call lasted only slightly over 6 minutes, but we caught up with vital info pertaining to our futures and families before Meg had to go. It was the best phone conversation I've had in a LONG time!
Meg, I don't know if you'll read this, but if you do, please know that you seriously made my day/night/week/month/year by you reaching out to me and remembering me! It means more than words can say! Love you lots!
